~Soaring Eagle Taekwon-do Academy~

A traditional, self-defense oriented
Martial Arts school with a spiritual emphasis,
based on the Bible.

Welcome to the Soaring Eagle Web Page!

It is my hope that this will become a useful source of information
and resources for all my students and other Martial Artists as well.

The name Soaring Eagle was chosen because of the characteristics
of this amazing animal. It was also chosen because the Eagle
is used in the Bible as a representation of
spiritual vitality and excellence.

"He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might
He increases strength.
Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
but they who wait for the LORD
shall renew their strength,
they shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
they shall walk and not faint".

Owen also had the chance to compete for the
10-17 year olds Grand Championship Sword
